Terms of Purchase
These terms apply to every course sold on reyenriquez.com. They are written in plain English on purpose, so there is no confusion about what you buy and what to expect.
What you buy
When you enroll in a course, you buy access to that course: the live sessions, the recordings, the materials, and the Q&A channel where you can ask me questions directly. Access starts immediately after payment.
Payment
Payment is a one-time charge, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. The site can show prices in other currencies for convenience, but the charge itself is always in US dollars, and your bank sets the final exchange rate.
Refund policy: all sales are final
I do not give refunds. This is not a hidden condition. It is stated here, and on the course page, before you pay.
Here is why. A refund gives you your money back, but it does not solve the problem you came with. So instead of refunds, I give solutions. If something in the course is not working for you, bring it to the Q&A channel and I will work on it with you until it works. That is the deal: you do the work, I help you, and we fix what is broken along the way.
Your results
Every course has a clear goal in new sales. The course gives you the method, the corrections, and my direct help. The work is yours to do. If you do not do the work, no course in the world can produce the result for you.
Your account
Your login is personal. It is for you, not for your team or your friends. Do not share your credentials. Accounts that are shared can be closed without a refund.
